Join fellow Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs) for our annual SEAPAX Holiday Party! It's a potluck, gift exchange, and grant-giving vote-off for 2026! Please bring your favorite dish, dessert, or drink to share! Showcase your best culinary creation (or a favorite from a local business!). Socialize with Seattle Area RPCVs and learn about some potential grantees before casting your vote. Then take a number and test your luck in the White Elephant Remix!

White Elephant gift - Holiday candle from two years ago gathering dust? Five beers from that six pack you didn't love? Bring a cheeky, upcycled, and otherwise underappreciated gift obscured by wrapping or packaging of your choice, drop it at the trunk, and pick a number when the time comes. Gifts will be cycled and re-cycled (max 3x) - who's gift will be most wanted? Who's taking home the nutmeg bubble bath? It's the White Elephant Remix!

SEAPAX Annual Events
Monthly Happy Hours: Join us the third Wednesday of each month for one of our rotatating Happy Hours! See Facebook for times and locations!
Volunteering Events: Join SEAPAX to continue your service in the Seattle area! Past activities include partnering with World Relief Seattle to prepare Community Garden Plots for local refugees and immigrant families, working with international Rescue Committee/Seattle to furnish an apartment with furniture for a refugee family, and working with local organizations to feed the homeless. Story Slam: Typically held in early June each year, this event features storytelling on a stage with drinks and good company. We need volunteers to help organize - reach out to us and donate your time!
Summer Picnic: Scheduled for Sunday 11 AM - 2 PM in late August at Ravenna Park Picnic Shelter #1 2000 Northeast 58th Street Seattle, Washington, 98105

Advocacy: SEAPAX Advocacy works to ensure that Congress continues to make Peace Corps a priority. Recent efforts have included phone calls, emails, visits to senate and congressional representatives, letter-writing campaigns, and participation in the Peace Corps National Days of Action.
